Financial support
It’s ok to ask for help.
We can support you if you’re experiencing financial difficulty or other challenges.
We understand that money worries, personal circumstances or changes in your life can sometimes make managing your finances more difficult. If you’re struggling, you’re not alone and help is available.
Our priority is to help you find the right support as early as possible.

If you’re finding things difficult financially
Financial difficulty can happen for many reasons, including changes to your income, health issues, unexpected expenses or changes to your personal circumstances.
If you’re worried about keeping up with payments or managing your account, we encourage you to contact us as soon as you can. The earlier you speak to us, the more options we may be able to explore together.

How we may be able to help
Depending on your situation, we may be able to:
- Discuss affordable repayment options
- Review your current payment arrangement
- Offer temporary support where appropriate
- Signpost you to free, independent advice organisations
Our UK based teams are trained to listen and support customers in difficult circumstances.
You may also find it helpful to speak to an independent organisation that specialises in money and debt advice. Resources are available here.
