IMPORTANT LEGAL NOTICE
1. Acceptance of Terms
By taking part in Snap Finance’s surveys or prize draws, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Eligibility
• Participation in our surveys is voluntary.
• Incentives are offered to thank you for your time and input.
• You must be aged 18 or over to receive an incentive or enter a prize draw, unless otherwise stated.
• You must be resident in the UK.
• Employees of Snap Finance (family members, agents or affiliates) or its contractors directly involved in the survey are not eligible.
3. Incentives
• Incentives may include vouchers, monetary payments, or other non‑client branded items.
• Incentives will never require you to spend money to redeem them. Discounts or money‑off vouchers that require further purchase are not permitted.
• You will be clearly informed:
- Who is administering the incentive
- What the incentive will be
- When you will receive it, and;
- Any conditions attached (e.g. completion of the survey or quality checks).
• Incentives are proportionate and are not intended to be, nor should be perceived as, inducements or bribes.
• Incentives are suitable and appropriate for the audience being surveyed.
4. Free Prize Draws
• Entry into a free prize draw is free. You will not be asked to pay or provide “money’s worth” to participate.
• Any incomplete/illegible/delayed entries may invalidate your entry into the prize draw.
• Please check the details of your answers are correct before submitting your survey. Any inaccuracy may invalidate your entry into the prize draw.
• Entry into the prize draw is limited to one per household per prize draw.
• Winners have the right to remain anonymous. Identifying details will only be shared with the client if you give explicit permission.
• If you decline to be identified, Snap Finance will still ensure prizes are correctly allocated.
• Key information will be communicated before entry, including:
- Start and Closing dates
- Nature of prizes
- How and when winners will be notified, and;
- How and when results will be announced.
• Prizes will be delivered within six weeks of the draw, unless otherwise stated.
• Winners will be selected fairly, either by a verifiable random computer process or under the supervision of an independent person.
• Gifts offered to all participants will be clearly distinguished from prizes.
• The value of prizes will not be misrepresented, and chances of winning will not be overstated.
• Terms and conditions will not be changed once the draw is open, except in circumstances beyond the organiser’s reasonable control.
5. Data Protection & Privacy
• Your personal details will only be collected to administer incentives or prize draws.
• These details will remain confidential and will not be used for marketing or passed to third parties without your consent.
• Any re‑contact will only occur if you have given permission during the initial survey.
• Your anonymity will be preserved unless you provide informed consent for your details to be revealed.
6. General
• Incentives and prize draws are administered in line with the Market Research Society (MRS) Code of Conduct.
• Snap Finance reserves the right to withhold incentives or prizes if eligibility criteria are not met.
