When is my delivery?
Your retailer will have all your delivery information, so it is important you contact them for any queries relating to when your goods are due to be delivered.
We don’t hold that information at Snap.
How do I update my address with Snap?
It’s always a good idea to keep your personal details up to date so we can get in touch if we need to. How to update your address will depend on what stage of our journey you are currently at:
Haven’t received delivery of your goods yet OR you received delivery of your goods less than 30 days ago?

A member of the team will then contact you within 2 working days to confirm whether your request to update your address has been successful or not.
Received your goods over 30 days ago:

Can I add items to my loan?
If your order hasn’t yet been delivered, then it may be possible to add items onto your order with your retailer. Please contact your chosen retailer to confirm whether this is possible.
If your order has already been marked as complete (delivered) unfortunately we are unable to add items to your invoice.
I want to return my order what do I do?
- Please contact the retailer who will discuss this with you. Once they have agreed to accept the goods back, please contact us once they have received them.
- We can then agree to cancel your finance.
- You are liable for any payments due up until the retailer confirms that they have received the goods, however any payments you have paid will be returned.
