My journey perhaps started slightly differently. I wasn’t necessarily looking for a new opportunity, but when I was approached by the company with a role that aligned well with my career aspirations and my experience, I was open to learning more. Throughout the process, everyone I spoke with shared insights into life at Snap and I became really excited at the prospect of being a part of this business. The more people I met, the more eager I was to be a part of the business, add value, and support its mission. What also attracted me was the growth journey that Snap was on, I could see the vision and I wanted in.
I joined Snap Finance in July 2024 as Marketing Manager, to develop and deliver the B2B marketing strategy. I was delighted to promptly plan and execute the launch of SnapFlex internally and to the market, champion an evolution of our brand, and work closely with Sales and Account Management colleagues to support the delivery of their objectives. In the new year, I developed the B2B marketing strategy for 2025, in alignment with the broader business strategy. To support the delivery of this, I developed and led a tender process to onboard a new PR and brand agency, as well as create a new role and recruit a brilliant, new Marketing Executive. It has been truly rewarding to work collaboratively cross-functionally, build close relationships with colleagues including our ExCo members, and steer the development of our B2B brand proposition. Another highlight was attending Credit Strategy’s Credit Awards in July 2025 and proudly capturing the moment we were awarded Credit Risk Team of the Year!
After being in the business for just a few months, I was truly honoured to be selected to join the next leadership development cohort. This has provided me with access to training, coaching, and support dedicated to developing my own leadership skills to support my career development. I am extremely thankful for this opportunity, it has provided so much value with practical advice, tools, and actionable feedback. Since joining the business I’ve gained more than I could have imagined. It’s difficult to pinpoint just one achievement or milestone, but for me, I think being selected to receive the leadership development training might just stand out the most. It demonstrates the level of support and belief that my manager and our business leaders have in me, and my future here at Snap. That was remarkable moment for me that really meant something.

I feel a genuine sense of belonging – surrounded by remarkable colleagues and led by a leadership team that is not only talented but also supportive, inspiring, and truly accessible.
