You can use it with multiple retailers in the Snap network during a 30-day spending window, and you only repay what you spend. - Borrow £250 to £3,000. - The card is virtual and managed in the Snap Wallet app. There is no physical card. - Spend online, in store or over the phone at approved retailers in the Snap network. The card cannot be used outside the network. - You have 30 days to make your purchases. After 30 days any unspent credit is removed, and what you spent becomes your loan. - Repay over 18, 24, 36 or 48 months. You choose your payment day. Your first repayment is on the first occurrence of that day, no sooner than 7 days after the spending window closes. - No deposit is needed. - It can be added to Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. - It is not a credit card. You cannot spend more than your approved limit. ### How it works 1. **Apply online.** Check your eligibility in minutes with a soft search that does not affect your credit score. You get a decision in seconds. 2. **Get your card.** Once approved and after signing your loan agreement, download the Snap Wallet app. Your approved amount is available straight away on the virtual card. 3. **Spend.** Use the card at approved retailers within 30 days, across as many stores as you like. 4. **Repay.** After 30 days the spending window closes. We email you the total you spent, the total repayable including any interest, and your repayment schedule. Example: you are approved for £1,000 and spend £750. Your loan becomes £750 plus any applicable interest, and the unused £250 is removed. If you spend nothing, the card is cancelled and no loan is created. --- ## Snap at Checkout URL: https://snapfinance.co.uk/snap-at-checkout Snap at Checkout is point-of-sale finance offered by retailers in the Snap network. You apply through the retailer you want to shop with, online or in store. Once approved, your budget can only be spent with that retailer. - Borrow £250 to £5,000, subject to status and approval. - Repay over up to 48 months (4 years). Representative 29.9% APR. - A deposit may be needed, depending on the retailer and product. - It is the only Snap product with Pay in 4. - At selected retailers only, a 0% 11-month interest-free option is available. ### 0% 11-month option (selected retailers only) Pay a deposit, then spread the remaining cost over 11 months with no interest. You choose a repayment date. There are no hidden fees or extra charges. This option is only offered by some retailers. It is not available with the Snap Card. ### Pay in 4 URLs: https://snapfinance.co.uk/pay-in-4 and https://snapfinance.co.uk/contact-us/pay-in-4-faqs Pay in 4 is an optional feature of Snap at Checkout, available only through Snap's retailers. If you opt in and settle your loan in full within 4 months (the "Pay in 4 period"), Snap cancels the interest. It is not available on the Snap Card. 1. Visit an approved retailer. 2. Add the products you want to your basket. 3. At checkout, online or in store, choose Snap Finance as your payment option. 4. Apply. Once approved, choose the Pay in 4 option. 5. Pay off your purchase within 4 months and pay no interest. - Weekly instalments can be arranged instead of four monthly payments, as long as the full balance is cleared within the Pay in 4 period. - If you miss or underpay a payment, you can catch up with additional payments, as long as you do so within the Pay in 4 period. - If a balance remains after the Pay in 4 period, the loan reverts to your contractual terms. Interest is applied from the date you received your goods or services, and is spread across the term you chose. No other fees or charges are added. - Opt-in is required. Terms and conditions apply. --- ## Credit checks and eligibility - **Checking eligibility is a soft search.** It does not affect your credit score and is not visible to other lenders. - **Taking out a loan involves a full (hard) credit check.** This is recorded on your credit file. - **Snap does not offer "no credit check" finance.** Its approach is designed to keep the impact on your credit file to a minimum until you decide to go ahead. - Snap is a responsible lender and only offers loans it believes you can comfortably afford. Decisions consider affordability, income, credit history and individual circumstances. - Snap is designed to help people who may have been declined by mainstream lenders, but approval is not guaranteed. - Your APR and approved amount may vary with the term you choose. All term options are shown side by side so you can compare monthly payments and total cost. - If you are declined on your first application, wait 30 days before applying again. - Snap may use Open Banking, through its regulated partner consents.online, to understand affordability: https://snapfinance.co.uk/open-banking --- ## Repayments and managing your loan - **Payment day:** you choose it. Your first payment falls on the first occurrence of that day, at least 7 days after the Snap Card's 30-day spending window ends. - **Early repayment:** you can repay early or make extra payments at any time. There are no early repayment penalties. You only pay interest up to the day you settle, so paying early reduces the interest you pay. - **Early settlement figure:** available in My Account (https://account.snapfinance.co.uk/). - **Making payments and checking your balance:** in My Account, or by calling customer service on 03300 109381. - **How repayments are collected:** by Continuous Payment Authority (CPA).
